Master Vocal Coaching Service Fulfillment Policy

At Master Vocal, we strive to provide the best vocal coaching experience for our clients. As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we have outlined our fulfillment policy below to ensure clarity and transparency.

Booking and Scheduling

Clients can book and schedule vocal coaching sessions through our website or by contacting our team directly.We will make every effort to accommodate client preferences regarding session dates and times, depending on availability.

Once a session is booked, clients will receive a confirmation email with the session details and location information.

Session Attendance and Punctuality

Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled vocal coaching sessions at the agreed-upon date, time, and location. We require clients to arrive promptly for their sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, as the scheduled end time will remain unchanged.

If a client is unable to attend a session, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the cancellation policy being applied.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients can reschedule or cancel a vocal coaching session by contacting our team at least 24 hours in advance.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

If a client cancels a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or fails to show up for the session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling options will be provided.

Makeup Sessions

In the event that the vocal coach is unable to attend a scheduled session, [Your Company Name] will make every effort to provide a makeup session at a mutually convenient time.

If a makeup session cannot be arranged, the client will be provided with a credit toward a future session.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for vocal coaching sessions that have already taken place.

In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, we may consider providing a credit or rescheduling option at our discretion.
